Both of you use the Filtered app. They'll know you're communicating through Filtered, but the filtering happens only on your end - they send normal messages and won't see which ones triggered filtering.

Yes. All original messages are stored and accessible. You can view, export, and use them for legal documentation. We retain messages for 2 years specifically for this purpose.
